Overtime Athletic Club is one of the Carolinas' premier sports performance facilities, bringing athletes of all ages and sports together under one roof. We're looking for passionate Sports Performance Coaches who want to help athletes perform at their highest level while growing their own careers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Coach individual, semi-private, and group training sessions.
- Develop strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs.
- Track athlete progress and communicate with athletes and parents.
- Create an energetic, positive training environment.
- Assist with athlete assessments and performance testing.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training space.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Sports We Serve
Experience coaching athletes in one or more of the following sports is preferred:
- Football
- Baseball & Softball
- Soccer
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Cheerleading
- Track & Field
- Tennis
- Rugby
- Lacrosse
- Gymnastics
Qualifications
- Passion for coaching athletes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- CSCS, USAW, NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar certification preferred.
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
